Eastern Railway

It is pandemic everywhere around the World, but the Scouts were never stopped in any situation. Due to the spread of Covid-19 we are not able to organise any centralised activity but on the occasion of WORLD FOOD DAY on 16th October, 2020 the Scouts of Officers' Colony Scout Troop under Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides, Kanchrapara District Association have worked individually in their locality by maintaining all the safety precautions & distributed more than 60 packets of Foods to the needful people of our society. They have really done a remarkable job in this crucial period.

Jammu and Kashmir

Mr. Imran Khan, DOC organised Blood Donation campt divisional level on Foundation Day at International Delhi Public School, Zakura, Srinagar. 25 Rovers, Rangers and adult leaders donated blood.

Eastern Railway

Rovers of SidoKanhu Group and Rangers of Sarojini Guide Group, Eastern Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides organised a cleaning drive at Ganga Ghat, Sahebganj on the occasion of Chhath Puja.


Blood donation programme was organised at Govt. Distt. Hospital, Durg 4 Rover Scouts from Jai Bharat open Rover Crew, Durg, Chattisgarh state donated blood.


Compassion is the quality which makes human beings the supreme among the creations of God Almighty. The Bharat Scouts and Guides Unit of NSS, BHSS, Manickamangalam proved it true with their sincere efforts by conducting the first plasma donation camp in Kerala. The unit comprises of 32 students of under eighteen, who showed their spirit in helping the needy when the society was in dire need of it. They managed to gather 51 persons who were survived from the Covid 19 pandemic for plasma donation. The camp was well planned in association with District Hospital Aluva. Mr. Roji M John, MLA of Angamaly inaugurated the camp and appreciated the volunteers.

N.F. Railway

Sister Nivedita and Sarojini Naidu Ranger Team of North East Frontier Railway, Alipurduar Division distributed Reusable Warm Cloth among the 150 needy people of North Jitpur Area on 05thDecember 2020. The participants undertook Cycle Rally to promote Fit India Campaign and different Yoga Asanas were also displayed in front of the villagers under the leadership of Ranger Leader Mrs. Pompy Choudhary and Ms. Sushmita Das. 20 Rangers actively participated in the programme.

Andhra Pradesh

Rovers and Rangers of Andhra Pradesh State Bharat Scouts and Guides, Kadapa District and Nellore District turned out to be the warriors. They have rendered service during Nivar cyclone in the affected areas continuously from 26th November by distributing cooked food for tribal families, rendering traffic control services and also providing shelter to the needy.


The Rovers of 43rd Open Scout Group Chavakkad, The Kerala State Bharat Scouts & Guides, Cleaned and painted the Anganwadi (Nursery School -Number 123 ) in the 9th Ward of Kandanassery Gramapanchayath, Thrissur, Kerala which was under the negligence of the authorities for the past 16 years. Under the leadership of Rover Scout Leader Nasif C.M. and Senior Rover Mate Shiyas C.M, the Rovers cleaned and painted the Anganwadi and drawn beautiful pictures.
